Youth Soccer Registration

Springfield FC Registration Forms

PVCA will once again be working with the Springfield Football Club (SFC) this fall to offer Kindergarten through 6th grade students an opportunity to play soccer. As was done last year, PVCA will cover the cost of students participating on a general team. It is requested that students do not signup unless they are committed to play the entire season. Students looking to participate (provided they qualify) on a tournament team will be charged an additional fee.

SFC will establish teams and determine practice times once all registrations are received. All practices will occur at PVCA, Monday through Friday from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. Some teams may start practicing as early as 8/14, while most will start the first week of school, 8/28. The SFC coaches will be contacting you directly regarding practice and game dates.

You can download the SFC’s Flyer, Registration, and Medical Release by clicking on the link above. For your convenience, SFC coaches and representatives will be at PVCA Thursday, July 27th and Friday, July 28th from 6:00 to 7:30 PM to help with registration. If you are unable to make either of those sessions, you may drop off your paperwork to the business office or scan and e-mail a copy to rjespersen@pvcama.org. Please have your registration and medical information turned-in no later than August 4th, 2017.

Should you have any questions, feel free to contact SFC Coaches, Charles Branche cbranche@springfieldfc.net or Kenrick Whitely kenrickwhitely@yahoo.com.
