Happy 50th Day, 50th Year PVCA!
To celebrate the occasion, a pizza lunch will be offered to students at their scheduled lunch times. Please pack a drink for your student.
If your student does not like pizza or has food sensitivities or allergies, please send them with a bagged lunch.
50th day t-shirts are delayed and will be delivered to your student when they arrive.

School will be closed on Thursday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day. School will also be closed on Friday, November 12, for a teacher professional morning and afternoon parent teacher conferences. School will resume on Monday, November 15, 7:45 AM.

Conferences will be held between 1:00-6:00 PM in the school auditorium/cafeteria. Parents should enter through the elementary entrance.
Students are not permitted. Pleae arrange childcare.
GRANDPARENTS’ DAY CELEBRATION
Pioneer Valley Christian Academy’s annual Grandparents’ Day Celebration will not take place this year. However, a personalized card, including a portrait of your child, will be sent to each set of grandparents.
Please update grandparent information in the form below. Fill out a form for each set of grandparents. If your child does not have grandparents, you may fill out the form for a “substitute grandparent or special friend”.

2. FEVER-FREE WITHOUT FEVER-REDUCING MEDICINE FOR 24 HOURS
The 10-day period starts with onset of symptoms or after positive PCR or antigen test if individual is asymptomatic.
Individuals who do not meet these criteria after 10 days must receive clearance from a school health professional before returning to school.
Return to school should be based on time and symptoms resolution. It is not recommended that individuals take another COVID test prior to return.

One Call Now is a service PVCA uses to alert the community with important notifications. Voice or text messages will be sent to you if our school must close or delay opening due to weather.

wearing shirts that are not polos such as t-shirts

wearing shorts, dresses, or skirts that do not follow the fit requirements
