Back to School Night-All School Convocation
Back to School Night / All School Convocation is an annual event where the entire PVCA community gathers together to commit the school to God in prayer, hears from the Headmaster, and visits teachers in the classrooms. In addition to visiting your classroom teachers, the Parent Volunteer Organization and Robotics Club will have tables set up in the lobby. Please stop by to check out what they have planned for this school year. Childcare is not provided, and it is recommended that students do not attend.
School Picture Day
Pioneer Valley Christian Academy administration, faculty, staff, and students in grades preschool through grade twelve will have their portraits taken on September 22. The photos will be used in the PVCA yearbooks. Parents may order prints. Order forms will be sent home with each student.
See You At The Pole
Students in grades six through twelve are encouraged to attend the See You at the Pole™ event at PVCA. The event begins at 7:20 AM at the flag pole in front of the school. See You at the Pole™, the global day of student prayer, began in 1990 as a grass roots movement with ten students praying at their school. Parent/Teacher Conference Sign Ups
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Friday, November 13, 12:00 - 6:00 PM. Parents of students in kindergarten through grade twelve can sign up for conferences in the auditorium lobby during school hours.
Retakes: School Portraits
Students in grades preschool through grade twelve will have the opportunity to have their school portrait retaken. For more information, contact the PVCA front office.

Winter Sports JV and Varsity Athletic Parents’ and Athletes’ Meeting

Early Dismissal-Parent/Teacher Conference
Students will be dismissed at 11:00am. There will be no pm bus transportation. Parent/Teacher conferences will be held in the auditorium from 12:00-6:00 PM. Childcare recommended.
