The PVO is excited to announce the return of the Christmas Shop! The Christmas Shop provides an opportunity for Pre-K through Grade 12 students to purchase gifts for their family and friends in a fun, festive atmosphere. Gifts are priced for a child’s budget, with most gifts priced between $2-3. We accept cash, check, and Venmo.
PVCA Upper School Christmas Concert will be on Friday, December 12, at 7:00 PM (doors open at 6:30PM), in the PVCA auditorium. ~Free admission~
Students in Grades 9-12 will take their first semester exams.
On Thursday, December 18, at 6:00 PM, Pioneer Valley Christian Academy will host the annual Christmas preschool program in the PVCA auditorium followed by a Christmas Cookie Reception.
Pioneer Valley Christian Academy will have an early dismissal on Friday, December 19. Students will be dismissed at 11:30AM.

Pioneer Valley Christian Academy students in grade 10 will take the ASVAB test on Friday, February 6. The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery measures a student’s knowledge and ability in ten different areas. It is not an IQ test, but the ASVAB does help assess which jobs a student is best suited to perform.

Spring sports at Pioneer Valley Christian Academy kick-off on Monday, March 16. The offerings this spring will be: Coed Track and Field, Boy’s Tennis, Girls’ Tennis, and Boys’ Volleyball. Students in grades 7-12 may participate. Athletes interested in participating should contact Athletic Director, Steve Porter, sporter@pvcama.org.
Preschool through grade twelve will have class pictures taken. Students should dress in standard dress code. Order forms will be sent home with students.
Grade 11 students will have the opportunity to take the SATs on March 19, at 8:00AM. Afternoon classes will be in session.

Parents and students in grade 5 and grade 8 are invited to attend the Orientation. Parents will have an opportunity to meet with the upper school faculty on Monday, April 13 at 6:30PM in the Multi-purpose Room. There will be light refreshments and a short presentation with time provided for parents to ask questions.
PVCA preschool students will sing in the Spring Concert, the concert will be held on Thursday, April 16 at 6:00PM, doors will open at 5:30PM. There will be light refreshments in the cafeteria following the concert.
On Friday, April 17, preschool faculty will be attending the ACSI Early Childhood Conference in Holden, MA and all preschool classes will be closed for the day.
