Pioneer Valley Christian Academy students in grade eleven take the ASVAB test on Friday, January 31. The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery measures a student's knowledge and ability in ten different areas. It is not an IQ test, but the ASVAB does help assess which jobs a student is best suited to perform.

Come see our youngest PVCA students sing and perform with joy! Concert includes musical performances by grades Kindergarten through Grade 5.
Students in grade 12 will take their second semester exams May 19 - 21.
On Thursday, May 22, a Sports Award Ceremony will be held at PVCA at 6:30PM.
The upper school spring performance will take place on Friday, May 23, at 7:00 pm. The event is free and open to the public.
PVCA will be closed Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day. Classes will resume Tuesday, May 27 at 8:00 AM.
Students in Grades 9-11 are required to complete a certain amount of service hours per semester. At the end of each semester, students must record their hours and turn in their service hour books to Meredith O'Hara, Guidance Counselor.
All Grade 12 students are required to attend graduation rehearsal on Friday, May 30, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Following the senior breakfast and parade, the seniors will go to the gymnasium to rehearse for commencement.
The Pioneer Valley Christian Academy Class of 2025 commencement ceremony will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 from 7:00-8:30 PM. All are welcome to attend.
Students in Grades 9-11 will take their second semester exams this week.
Grades 2-5 will participate in a variety of fun outdoor competitions and activities. Please ensure students are dressed comfortably.
On Thursday, June 5, Grade 8 students will not attend school during the day but will come to the school to clean out their lockers. At 7:00 PM, a formal promotion ceremony will be held in the gymnasium. All family members are invited to attend this event.
The last school day of the 2024-2025 year will be Friday, June 6. Students will be dismissed at 11:30 am.
