Members of the Pioneer Valley Christian Academy community are welcome to join the Board of Directors for a monthly prayer meeting the first Saturday of each month beginning at 8:00 AM in The Townsend Library on campus.
Parents of students in grade 5 are invited to attend the Grade 6 Orientation. Parents will have an opportunity to meet with the middle school faculty on Monday, April 7 at 6:30PM in the Multi-purpose Room. There will be light refreshments and a short presentation with time provided for parents to ask questions.
Students in grade 11 are eligible to take the SATS on Thursday, April 10. Students that have signed up, will take the exam during periods 1-4. After the exam, students are expected to resume classes. Questions? Contact guidance counselor, Mrs. Meredith O'Hara at mohara@pvcama.org.
Pioneer Valley Christian Academy will host an Open House on Thursday, April 10, at 7:00PM. Take a tour of the 25-acre campus, hear from faculty and staff, speak with some current students, and meet the Head of School, Dr. Joshua Keegan.
On Friday, April 11, preschool faculty will be attending the ACSI Early Childhood Conference in Holden, MA and all three preschool classes will be closed for that day. Preschool will resume on Monday, April 14, 8:00 AM.
PVCA preschool students will sing in the Sun Creek Farm Spring Concert, the concert will be held on Thursday, April 17 at 6:00PM, followed by light refreshments.
On Friday, April 18, Pioneer Valley Christian Academy will be closed in observance of Good Friday.

Come see our youngest PVCA students sing and perform with joy! Concert includes musical performances by grades Kindergarten through Grade 5.
Students in grade 12 will take their second semester exams May 19 - 21.
On Thursday, May 22, a Sports Award Ceremony will be held at PVCA at 6:30PM.
The upper school spring performance will take place on Friday, May 23, at 7:00 pm. The event is free and open to the public.
PVCA will be closed Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day. Classes will resume Tuesday, May 27 at 8:00 AM.
Students in Grades 9-11 are required to complete a certain amount of service hours per semester. At the end of each semester, students must record their hours and turn in their service hour books to Meredith O'Hara, Guidance Counselor.
All Grade 12 students are required to attend graduation rehearsal on Friday, May 30, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Following the senior breakfast and parade, the seniors will go to the gymnasium to rehearse for commencement.
The Pioneer Valley Christian Academy Class of 2025 commencement ceremony will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 from 7:00-8:30 PM. All are welcome to attend.

Grades 2-5 will participate in a variety of fun outdoor competitions and activities. Please ensure students are dressed comfortably.
On Thursday, June 5, Grade 8 students will not attend school during the day but will come to the school to clean out their lockers. At 7:00 PM, a formal promotion ceremony will be held in the gymnasium. All family members are invited to attend this event.
The last school day of the 2024-2025 year will be Friday, June 6. Students will be dismissed at 11:30 am.
