On Thursday, December 19, at 6:00 PM, Pioneer Valley Christian Academy will host the annual Christmas preschool program in the PVCA auditorium followed by a Christmas Cookie Reception.
Pioneer Valley Christian Academy will have an early dismissal on Friday, December 20. Students will be dismissed at 11:30AM.
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Friday, November 8, 1:00 - 6:00 PM. Parents of students in Pre-K through Grade 12 can sign up for conferences online by visiting, https://pvcama.org/ptc/.

There will be no school on Friday, February 28. Faculty and staff will attend a morning professional development, and parent teacher conferences will be held in the cafeteria/auditorium from 1:00-6:00 PM.
Preschool through grade twelve will have class pictures taken. Students should dress in standard dress code. Order forms will be sent home with students.

On Friday, April 11, preschool faculty will be attending the ACSI Early Childhood Conference in Holden, MA and all three preschool classes will be closed for that day. Preschool will resume on Monday, April 14, 8:00 AM.
PVCA preschool students will sing in this year's spring concert, the concert will be held on Thursday, April 17 at 6:00PM.
On Friday, May 9, students will have an early dismissal day for the PVCA 34th Annual Plant Sale. All Students will be dismissed at 11:30 AM.
