Pioneer Valley Christian Academy students in grade eleven take the ASVAB test on Friday, January 31. The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery measures a student's knowledge and ability in ten different areas. It is not an IQ test, but the ASVAB does help assess which jobs a student is best suited to perform.
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Friday, November 8, 1:00 - 6:00 PM. Parents of students in Pre-K through Grade 12 can sign up for conferences online by visiting, https://pvcama.org/ptc/.

On Friday, April 18, Pioneer Valley Christian Academy will be closed in observance of Good Friday.
Pioneer Valley Christian Academy will be closed for spring vacation Monday, April 21 through Friday, April 25. School will resume on Monday, April 28, at 8:00 AM.
Pioneer Valley Christian Academy will hold a special chapel service for the National Day of Prayer.
Students in Grade 12 must record their hours and turn in their service hour books to Meredith O'Hara, Guidance Counselor.
PVCA will be closed Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day. Classes will resume Tuesday, May 27 at 8:00 AM.
Students in Grades 9-11 are required to complete a certain amount of service hours per semester. At the end of each semester, students must record their hours and turn in their service hour books to Meredith O'Hara, Guidance Counselor.
The last school day of the 2024-2025 year will be Friday, June 6. Students will be dismissed at 11:30 am.
