From Monday, February 2 to Friday, February 6, students in Grades K-5 who missed MAP Testing will have the opportunity to make up the test.
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Friday, February 27, 1:00 – 6:00 PM. Parents of students in Pre-K through Grade 12 can sign up for conferences online by visiting, https://pvcama.org/ptc/.
Pioneer Valley Christian Academy students in grade 10 will take the ASVAB test on Friday, February 6. The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery measures a student’s knowledge and ability in ten different areas. It is not an IQ test, but the ASVAB does help assess which jobs a student is best suited to perform.

Spring sports at Pioneer Valley Christian Academy kick-off on Monday, March 16. The offerings this spring will be: Coed Track and Field, Boy’s Tennis, Girls’ Tennis, and Boys’ Volleyball. Students in grades 7-12 may participate. Athletes interested in participating should contact Athletic Director, Steve Porter, sporter@pvcama.org.
Preschool through grade twelve will have class pictures taken. Students should dress in standard dress code. Order forms will be sent home with students.
Grade 11 students will have the opportunity to take the SATs on March 19, at 8:00AM. Afternoon classes will be in session.
Quarter 3 ends for students at PVCA on March 20, 2026.

Students in Grades 9 will take the PSAT exam beginning at 8:00 am. Afternoon classes will be in session.

Parents and students in grade 5 and grade 8 are invited to attend the Orientation. Parents will have an opportunity to meet with the upper school faculty on Monday, April 13 at 6:30PM in the Multi-purpose Room. There will be light refreshments and a short presentation with time provided for parents to ask questions.
PVCA preschool students will sing in the Spring Concert, the concert will be held on Thursday, April 16 at 6:00PM, doors will open at 5:30PM. There will be light refreshments in the cafeteria following the concert.
On Friday, April 17, preschool faculty will be attending the ACSI Early Childhood Conference in Holden, MA and all preschool classes will be closed for the day.

On Friday, May 8, students will have an early dismissal day for the PVCA Annual Plant Sale. All Students will be dismissed at 11:30 AM.
Annual Plant Sale will be held on Friday, May 8 from 2:00PM-7:00PM and Saturday, May 9 from 7:00AM to 2:00PM.

Come see our youngest PVCA students sing and perform with joy! Concert includes musical performances by grades Kindergarten through Grade 5.
Students in Grade12 will take their second semester exams.
On Tuesday, May 19, a Sports Award Ceremony will be held at PVCA at 6:30PM.
The upper school spring performance will take place on Thursday, May 21, at 7:00 pm. The event is free and open to the public.
PVCA will be closed Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. Classes will resume Tuesday, May 26 at 8:00 AM.
On Friday, May 29, at 8:30 AM there will be a senior breakfast for all Grade 12 students.
All Grade 12 students are required to attend graduation rehearsal on Friday, May 29, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Following the senior breakfast and parade, the seniors will go to the gymnasium to rehearse for commencement.
The Pioneer Valley Christian Academy Class of 2026 commencement ceremony will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026 from 7:00-8:30 PM. All are welcome to attend.
